Domestic Shipping In The United States Of America 

Here at 4u your orders are all made upon request. Meaning that our pieces are made to follow our customers specifications and can not be shipped out immediately like you would hope for our dear eager beavers. Sorry Babes but please allow 10-15 business days for your items to be shipped out (Mon-Thursday are 4u's working days, we do not make or ship out items on the weekends). This does not include the 10-15 days it takes for processing times. 

**Please take into consideration Holidays & extreme weather conditions that could affect shipping.**  

All orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. We do not ship on weekends.


Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4u is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail courier to track down your package. When entering shipping info, please make sure your destination is accurate and reliable.

**Pending order verification and approval**

Due to Identity theft and credit card fraud, 4U reserves the rights to refund all orders who are flagged and brought to us as High or Medium risk. These risks are identified and flagged by our credit card processor partnered with Bank of America, not 4uTheBrand LLC,.

These flags are thrown on the court usually for reasons such as:

• The location of the IP address is a high-risk location (certain cities are high risk for fraud).
• The shipping address is hundreds of miles away from the cards registered address. 
• The order was placed from another country but the shipping address is domestic
• The payment was attempted multiple times with multiple cards. 
• The billing address does not match the cards billing address. 

If your order ends up being flagged as High risk, a representative will follow up with you via phone and provide you with your individual risk analysis that further  explains the reasoning behind your flagged orders. Upon this action, 4U will request you to send Photo ID for verification and the credit card used, with the last 4 digits of the card you attempted to use visible as well as the name on the card. Please keep the  first 12 numbers covered. If our team fails at making contact OR does not receive the verification information requested following our correspondence we will automatically cancel & refund the order within 48-hours

4UTHEBRAND LLC will never ask you for your Social Security number or your 16-digit card number in full.


If an item is shipped internationally and is withheld in US Customs or other countries Customs operations, we are not required to refund until it is conclusive that the item is returned back to our shipping center in New York or China. Customs is a separate entity of the mail carrier and is to be treated as such. Please reach out to your local Customs operations branch for any updates regarding your order; however, this process can be strenuous. We recommend waiting for Customs to do their due diligence, to avoid any unpleasant experiences while dealing with Customs.
