Returns Policy

To request a return, please fill in this form.

Once your eligibility for return has been approved, we will notify you via email with instructions on where/how to send your return back to us.


Change of mind returns

  • Strictly no returns on pierced earrings or sale items (marked down in price) unless faulty.
  • Items must be in new and in unused condition. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid potential damage during transit.
  • If you paid for shipping in your original order, these charges will not be refunded.
  • Return postage cost will be borne by the customer.


  • We can only offer exchanges on variations (e.g. different size) of the same product, as long as the value is the same.
  • If you would like an exchange for a different item or for the same product of a different value, please return your item.
  • Return postage cost will be borne by the customer.
  • The exchanged item will be sent out at no additional cost.

Returns period

  • You must notify us within 4 days from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return.


    Return shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except if your item is deemed to be faulty. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Free Returns via PayPal:If you paid with PayPal, you may be eligible to have your returns shipping cost reimbursed by PayPal under their 'Refunded Returns' program. For more information please refer to PayPal's terms here or contact them directly. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Please note due to different credit card companies and banks it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear.


    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.     Sale items

    Only full priced items may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded unless faulty.



    We offer a 6 month warranty on damage caused by manufacturing faults only. Items that fall within this period will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost.

    Any accidental breakage or damage through wear and tear by the customer is not covered under this warranty. However, your piece may be repaired or replaced for a fee, and each piece is assessed on a case by case basis.

    Please note that our jewellery is delicate in nature and although quality materials are used, they are still susceptible to damage. To avoid accidental damage or breakage, please follow our comprehensive care instructions.

    Faulty items

    Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, please fill in this form and attach supporting images. If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund.
