Upon confirmation of details and completion of payment transactions, every piece of jewelry is designed to meet your exact requirements. Details that pertains to your order are recorded and worked on to meet your precise preferences.
Since all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely designed to an individual’s specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So it is imperative that you ensure all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for processing and shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color, dimensions and any other details regarding your order.
However, if you are not happy with the pendant that you receive due to a fault of ours, misspelled or wrong color, you can pay for a return on your own WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS FROM ITS DELIVERY and have it exchanged with another one (once it is received), receive store credit or a full refund excluding shipping expenses ONCE IT IS CONFIRMED TO BE IN OUR CARE. There is a 75% deductible refund if a remake has already been discussed and processed. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon at email@example.com as possible. Send us a message in order for us to move swiftly and correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved after the piece has been returned and confirmed to be in my care, a 75% deducted refund will be given back except for shipping expenses. If a discount code is given to you as substitute of the misplaced order and you chose to still send the package back there is a 75% fee deducted from what you’ve paid.
Orders can only be canceled 4 hours after placing the order free of charge. Contact us to cancel an order. Any order canceled after 4 hours is automatically deducted a 75% restocking fee.
