SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Shipping Carrier: We ship Domestic and worldwide by USPS.

Processing Times:

    • Solid Gold Orders take 7-10 Days to make and process
    • Vermeil Orders take 3-5 weeks to make and process
    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
    • Please allow additional days when orders are in transit. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you via emial.
    • Do not count Friday-Sunday as wait days for processing. 

Shipping Times:
  • For Vermeil Orders once shipped out there is 10-18 day wait for delivery. 
  • For Solid Gold Orders once shipped out there is a 2-5 day wait for delivery.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 Yes! We ship worldwide. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing Bank Card used during the transaction. Please see our currency converter located at the top of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page. The best way to view our rates would be to go through the checkout process and fill in your address. Don't worry, payment information is not needed to do this. International tax and duties (Import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping cost.

 In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Both 4uthebrand and the carrier have no control over how long custom deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tarrifs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if this applies to you as 4uthebrand does not cover additional custom fees charges. 4uthebrand is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE AN ORDER UPDATE?

  • Once ordered is ready for shipment we will send another email called a shipping confirmation which would include USPS tracking number.

 We urge all potential customers to please READ full policy, product descriptions before completing check out for a FULL understanding of our  shipping and processing times. We have made our policies very clear and visible in multiple locations most important under every product page under FAQ.  For all custom orders policy is included in the product descriptions as well as a confirmation pop-up which  Requires  acknowledgement before completion of your order. This allows customers to again read before completing. (There is no way to complete an order without checking all terms of service has box)

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Unfortunately for security purposes we are unable to edit addresses entered by you the customer at checkout, order must be canceled and resubmitted with correct customer information.

  •  Once your order ships, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping address. You will be able to contact USPS once the project is as in transit to reroute to correct destination
  •  If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
  •  We accept PO Box addresses

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES 

  •  Our shipping Department double-check every product and carefully packages every order to make sure you received your order and its best condition.  we are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
  •  Please understand that CAN NOT restock items once they leave our warehouse, Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
  1. NO refunds will be accepted
  2.  NO exchanges will be accepted

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT IS NOT THERE?

4UTHEBRAND  is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLEN, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address for unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout

If you received the delivery notice but your package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep here are some things to know:

  1.  Wait another business day because the package was most likely Mark as delivered accidentally, and who arrived the following day.
  2.  Carriers may have placed it in a safer location, please check your:
  • Mailbox
  • Porch
  • Garage
  • Any area out of potential weather hazard
  • External doors and any locations where the package could be place
  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
  • Please check all potential delivery locations at your address.

 Carriers may have placed your package in a secure location out of view of the street such as under a matt or near a back entrance

    •  Contact your local post office.

    Ask them Who deliver the parcel and ask about the day's delivery. They are used to these type of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
  •  If your package is not show up extremely rare occasion please call the Post Office and file a claim. 4uthebrand cannot reimburse orders that were undelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding.
